What I Wore: Cool Colors
8:15 AMI hope everyone had an amazing day yesterday, and if you are an American, some of you got pulled in to the political cycle, and voted. Hopefully it wasn't too stressful for you, and know that you just got a huge cheer from me for voting :).
Below outfit was inspired by me wanting cooler temp here in Florida, and we will be receiving that this coming weekend again. If you happen to know colors, the mixtures below are considered "cool colors". To tone down the color and pattern of this sweater dress, I went the route of adding the denim jacket to this outfit. No necklace was added, since it made this outfit way to busy.

Sisterlocks Question: Why are you wearing your hair up now a day? During the fall and winter month, if I'm wearing sweaters or anything similar type of material that can cling to my locks, I wear my Sisterlocks up. This is how I keep my Sisterlocks clean and lint free.
My makeup consist of what I consider my essentials, blush is M•A•C Raizin Matte Blush, and my lip color is Viva Glam VI outline with Chestnut, and prep with the EOS Lip Balm

Woohoo! I love election day. I have so many friends who refuse to vote, but I always cast mine. It's the only way to have a voice, and I want to take full advantage of that! You look beautiful sweet heart, love the dress and your photos are always on point. What camera do you use?
ReplyDeleteI use a Canon Rebel T2i with a Canon EF 85mm f/1.8 USM Medium Len. The lens is the most important purchase. You can get a last season body, and upgrade to a very good lens. The only thing that I can say about this lens is that it is not a close up/portrait lens. This is only good for outdoor shoots or in this case, outfit shots.
DeleteIf you want to do indoor and outdoor (portraits as well) I would recommend Canon EF 50mm f/1.4 USM (the body of that version is strong compare to the other cheaper alternative).
