Review: Jerome Russell's Temporary Spray-in Natural Color Highlights (Auburn)
8:08 AM
This product is an awesome alternative to spicing your
sisterlocks with a splash of color. I normally do this when I know I be washing
my hair on a practically weekend. I never apply this on a "schedule wash" that is geared before
my retighten appointment, because I always want to make sure I have thoroughly wash
out the spray by the second round of washing of my locks.
The first wash usually does the job, but you can never be too careful with locks. Below is the review of Jerome Russell's Jerome Russell's Temporary Spray-in Natural Color Highlights (Auburn) after years of use...lol.

Like
- Easy to apply and not as messy (see "how to"
here)
- Nice color
- Washing out easily
- Only A Couple Spray Needed
Dislike
- The set up and the application.
- Natural color is misleading. This stuff has a metallic effect on the hair when you look closely.

Conclusion: I really like applying this to my sisterlocks, and I highly recommend it, because it just a lot easier to use and look decent compare to the chalk. This product is not a permanent solution, and it does what it advertises. It can be a pain in the butt to apply, especially for something that is less temporary then a semi rinse, but it practical and safe for your locks. Just look at this product as something to spice up your locks, when you craving for some color.
Hair Styling Tip: If you want to have curls with highlight, spray your locks first until is slightly damp, and use a pipe cleaner or perm rods to curl that section. Make sure that section is dry, before proceeding to add curlers to the rest of your locks.
Cleaning Tip: I recommend washing your locks that was sprayed on the sink first, that way you can get the buck of the cleaning done there, since you can see the area that need to be wash thoroughly. Once you happy with the result, you can then proceeding to the shower, and complete the last wash of your whole head/locks.
